JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — Sosiolog Universitas Indonesia  Thamrin Amal Tomagola mengapresiasi keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi yang mengabulkan permohonan uji materi terkait aturan pengosongan kolom agama pada kartu keluarga dan kartu tanda penduduk. Melalui putusan MK ini, eksistensi penghayat kepercayaan diakui negara. "Bagus itu. Saya senang sekali sama Arief Hidayat  karena kalimatnya bagus sekali.
